David Lissah

I began my career in the early '90s on the shop floor and worked my way up the corporate ladder into senior leadership roles through diverse environments including military, facilities management, and creating inclusive communities.

I’ve seen and experienced the real pressures business owners, executives and managers face: wearing too many hats, constant firefighting, and often having to make critical decisions with limited information.

That’s why I provide management and leadership support. Mentoring managers to overcome productivity challenges or preparing them for leadership roles.

Rebecca Boyle

With a BA Hons and background in journalism, I’m passionate (some might say nosey) about thoroughly researching topics and creating engaging content that makes people feel something.

After being a Communications Officer with the NHS, I decided to go it alone and created my business Rebecca Boyle Copywriting in 2020. Then in 2025 I joined forces with David to offer holistic support to businesses.

I’ve worked within many different industries to help businesses get clear, confident, and in control of their branding to grow their business. And I’d love to help you do the same.
